- Payment: We charge a 75$ booking fee which will be taken as an advance credit to your cleaning service bill. If the cancellation of the booking is less than 48hrs, this fee is non refundable.
- Payment: Payment is due at time of service. If you are not going to be home at the time of service, a check can be left for our employees or you can leave a Mastercard/VISA number with our office manager.
- Pets: We require that all pets (cats, dogs) be either kenneled up or outside in a fenced area that our employees do not have to cross.
- Special service requests: When you sign on with Top Notcch Cleaning Services LLC you will receive a list of cleaning specifications that will be performed. If you need special services like, window washing, or oven cleaning, you must make arrangements for these services at least one week prior to your scheduled cleaning day. We may not be able to accommodate a large request (Window Cleaning) the same week that it is requested.
- Small service requests: Services such as [list specific services] can be performed along with your regular cleaning. There will [will not] be an extra charge for these services. Please leave a note in a visible place and/or give us a call at 1-800-428-0556.
- Equipment/cleaning chemicals: Top Notcch Cleaning Services LLC will provide all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies. If you have a special request, such as the use of green cleaning chemicals, please let us know.
- Cancellation policy: We understand there may be times when you have a change of plans. We need a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel. If no prior notice is given and we send out a team to clean, we do have a $65 cancellation charge.
- Keys: If you are not going to be home Top Notcch Cleaning Services LLC needs to be provided with a key or a key must be left in a place our employees have easy access to. If we arrive to clean and there is no key, a lock out fee of $60 will be charged to your account.
- Breakage policy: Our employees take the utmost care in cleaning, however, if one of our employees accidentally breaks an item a note will be left and our manager will call you to find out the value of the item and you will be compensated.
- Issues/concerns about the service provided: Top Notcch Cleaning Services LLC will leave a check off sheet which will summarize the cleaning services provided that day and if they encountered any problems while cleaning the home. If you have any questions please phone our office immediately so we can address your concerns.
